PERSONAL COACHING
A life coach encourages and counsels clients on a range of professional and personal issues. Life coaching is distinct from giving advice, consulting, counseling, mentoring and administering therapy. You would hire a coach to help you with specific professional projects, personal goals and transitions.
GROUP COACHING
Group coaching clients benefit from the peer learning with others, commonly referred to as the collective wisdom of the group. This peer learning is often as important as the interaction with the coach. Many clients find the process "less on the spot", giving them more time to reflect and integrate their insights. Masterful group coaches step back and create a strong process framework for the coaching to emerge from.
LEADERSHIP COACHING
Demetrius offers a three day leadership training workshop with follow up as needed. Many times we add people to our organization without training them properly. The problem is we are setting them up to fail. Peter Drucker says it like this “Delegate responsibility once they have been trained to assume responsibility” In other words giving someone responsibility without proper training or expectations, tools and support is poor leadership.
Then you have leaders who have been in an organization for years and have become stuck or stagnant in their post or position and are no longer effective. We help re-energize your team with your vision and mission and give practical steps to move forward.
